How does eAuto Fleet manage fleet capacity?
Each vehicle records its class, seats, accessibility, ownership source (owned, financed or leased) and readiness. Off-road periods for maintenance or breakdown remove it from capacity. Before assignment, an availability check shows which vehicles of the required class are free and ready, why the others are blocked, and which alternatives exist.
