Every movement is covered by your own driver and vehicle or by a supplier trip order, and the booking shows what has been invoiced, cleared and is still outstanding.
The booking register lists one-time work with customer, status, value and start date. Filter by status to see drafts, confirmed jobs and completed work, kept apart from your recurring transport contracts.
Each one-time job follows the same steps: plan its days and movements, record the service detail each movement needs, cover it with your own or outside capacity, then invoice and follow the balance. The same process serves charter and tourism, airport transfers and chauffeur work and event shuttles, while each line keeps the details it needs.
A tour, delegation or event becomes a set of service days. Each day holds its legs with departure and arrival times and the vehicles they need, so operations sees the whole commitment while assigning resources to each movement.
Airport arrivals need a flight number and a nameboard; hotel pickups need waiting instructions; group moves need luggage notes. The trip sheet keeps these details with the movement. Flight details are entered by your team; eAuto Fleet does not track flights live.
Each movement states the vehicle class and number of vehicles it needs, and shows whether that requirement is covered. Assign your own driver and vehicle from available fleet capacity, or raise a supplier trip order for an outside coach.
The booking shows what has been invoiced, what has been cleared and what remains outstanding, so finance and the customer see the same figures. Completed work flows into billing and reconciliation and, where outside capacity was used, stays linked to the supplier trip order.
A confirmed booking is shared with the teams that quote it, plan it, cover it, bill it and measure its margin.
