Charter, tourism, airport, chauffeur, event, corporate, staff, crew and school contract transport operators, and schools that run their own fleets. It is not an all-fleet GPS platform, delivery system, taxi-hailing app or car-rental system. See the solutions.
It is used in a web browser, with a responsive layout for desktop, tablet and mobile. There is no separate driver or passenger app.
Yes. Each company keeps separate records, with branches, roles, permissions and an audit trail. See multi-company, permissions and audit.
Implementation and training scope are agreed in the proposal, based on your workflows.
Each vehicle records its class, seats, ownership and readiness. An availability check shows which vehicles are free and ready; your planner makes the assignment. See fleet and capacity.
Yes. Preventive plans, faults, work orders, downtime and return-to-service checks are recorded, and off-road vehicles leave available capacity.
Outside vehicles are ordered on supplier trip orders against specific movements, and supplier bills and payments are recorded. See subcontracted capacity.
It records vehicle and driver documents with expiry dates. Upcoming expiries are visible, and missing or expired items restrict assignment. Meeting authority requirements remains the operator's responsibility.
Yes. Pickup and drop-off points and timings are recorded for each movement. There is no geofencing or automatic route optimisation.
Dispatchers assign eligible drivers and vehicles to each movement. Readiness rules block drivers with missing or expired licences.
No. There is no passenger app, live vehicle location or arrival-time estimate.
No. eAuto Fleet does not record passenger or student attendance, QR scans or card check-ins.
No. eAuto Fleet does not send SMS or app notifications to passengers.
No. Driver records and assignments are managed by your team in eAuto Fleet.
Yes. Inquiries and quotations carry routes, vehicle classes, inclusions and VAT, and an accepted quotation converts into a booking or contract. See CRM, inquiries and quotations.
Your team records one-time, multi-day and multi-leg bookings in eAuto Fleet. There is no public booking engine, and vehicles are chosen by your planners.
Yes. Service days, shuttle runs, pickup points, own and supplier vehicles, and post-event reconciliation. See events and shuttles.
Recurring contracts hold the service plan for school and staff transport. Each service day is then planned and assigned by your team. See transport contracts.
No. There is no map view or live location. The dispatch board shows what is planned, assigned and actually delivered.
Completed work appears in Ready to bill. Finance reviews it and raises the customer invoice, which posts to the ledger. See billing and reconciliation.
Yes. Purchase orders, supplier bills, payments and ageing are recorded, including fuel and toll suppliers. There is no fuel-card integration.
Yes. Management margin by contract, customer and vehicle, with PDF and CSV export. Statutory profit and loss comes from the ledger. See profitability reports.
Yes. Bank and cash accounts sit in the same ledger, and finance reviews each account against the bank statement and confirms the reconciliation. There is no live bank feed or automatic matching.
Fuel cost is recorded in vehicle cost. There is no telematics feed or estimated-versus-actual fuel analysis.
Access is controlled by roles and permissions, and transactions keep an audit-friendly history. Hosting, backup and security details are confirmed in the proposal.
No. eAuto Fleet does not include geofencing or route-deviation alerts.
No integrations are claimed on this website. Reports export as PDF and CSV; discuss any integration needs during the demo.
