Fleet Maintenance and Downtime Management

eAuto Fleet is passenger transport ERP software with fleet maintenance and downtime management. Plan preventive work, control faults and keep vehicles off the road until return-to-service checks are complete, so dispatch sees the real capacity.

How does eAuto Fleet manage maintenance?

Preventive maintenance plans are set per vehicle by kilometers or days. Faults and services become work orders with vehicle, workshop, window and odometer. A vehicle with an unresolved critical fault stays off the road until return-to-service checks are signed off, and off-road time is removed from available capacity.

The maintenance problem

When maintenance lives in a workshop notebook, dispatch does not know a coach is off the road until the driver arrives. Preventive services slip, faults are fixed informally, and a vehicle goes back into service without anyone signing it off. Workshop bills arrive later and are never tied to the vehicle's cost.

Schedule preventive maintenance

Set plans by distance or time, for example every 15,000 km or 180 days. Overdue services appear in the workshop attention view before they affect service.

Turn faults into
controlled work

Work orders track vehicle, state and priority. Each records the workshop, the planned and started window and the odometer.

Control return to service

A vehicle stays off the road until faults are resolved and return-to-service checks are complete. It cannot be put back on the board until those checks are signed off.

Make downtime visible to dispatch

Maintenance and breakdown periods are recorded as unavailability, so the capacity dispatch sees is the capacity you actually have.
